Tasks

Within the Sales Operations Organization, the Customer Experience (CXP) Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Company, designs and implements state of the art Customer and Sales enablement solutions. Enablement in the form of B2B e-Commerce solutions, Lead to Order infrastructure quality and support, Bid and Tender response infrastructure, Customer Contracts management and Operational engagement solutions for Company’s Global Accounts and 3D Print customers.

As a support to the e-commerce engagement leads and the Customer master data Quality Lead, you will be part of a global organization, working to ensure the Quality of our customer master data. You will have an opportunity to interact with various regional and worldwide organizations, as well as different management stakeholders.

We need a curious spirit, a self-motivated and data driven person with a growth mind and out of the box attitude, passionate about data quality and customer centric.

The main responsibility is to build, drive and implements projects to improve customer data quality.

We need a person able to show leadership, simplify the complexity, comfortable in steering action plans and stakeholder engagement, have an analytic mind and knowledgeable in the data industry.

The position requires a high tolerance for nuance and ambiguity, comfortable with changes, analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potential complex DQ measures for multiple sources and processes.


You will be responsible to:

  • To build, drive and implement projects in collaboration with our Markets.
  • Run reports, assess data
  • Identify actions which need to be taken
  • Build processes and drive corrective actions
  • Track progress and report on it
  • Assist Customer Master Data team with additional Customer Master Data quality topics
Expectations
  • Mastery in English (written, verbal) is a must.
  • Comfortable writing for and talking to customers as you are talking to leadership, design, engineering. You know your audiences, what's important to them, and can tailor the message so it's concise and clear.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work ethic and the ability to work well individually as well as leading multiple global virtual project teams.
  • Customer centric thinking and ability to handle difficult stakeholder and project conversations; interact with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.
  • Ask why and communicate your understanding of a situation. Ensure everyone is aligned and understands what matters and why
  • Advanced degree in Information Technology or Data Analytics or related
  • Relevant technical knowledge spanning Data Quality/Profiling
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture and switch perspectives
  • Experience of developing data profiling routines and data quality scorecards
  • Knowledge in SQL queries to extract, cleanse, and analyte data
  • Excellent Data Literacy skills with the ability to both communicate and educate with stakeholders
  • Experience in working with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
Advantageous
  • 5 -10 Years of experience in product operations, project/program management. You have experience in a data-related technical program management role – Agile knowledge is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience leading data quality, data architecture, data profiling, and data governance in Data Management.
  • Capable of juggling multiple priorities and keeping several projects simultaneously on track.
