Tasks
  • Deliver Partner & Sales trainings in local language 
  • Communicate to Channel Partners and Stakeholders on key PDG Platform updates and functionalities Provide technical support to Stakeholders / Partners or PSA activity creation with metrics clarification and rate cards, budget creation and changes on budgets or approval flow exceptions, follow-up on overdue cases and ensure closure 
  • Follow-up on budget and activity planning and open back log with Channel Stakeholders 
  • Follow-up with Partner & PSA on POC & POE collection to enable efficient claiming 
  • Submit claims on behalf of partners 
  • Answer queries related to payment status to Partners 
  • Coordinate vendor set up queries or escalation with Payment team 
  • Follow-up with channel partners on final invoices reception
Expectations
  • First level university degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically 0-2 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management)
  • English knowledge
  • MS Excel, PowerPoint knowledge
  • Excellent communications skills and customer oriented approach
