Tasks
  • Support the training Lead for Company B2B environment, and to coordinate training plans and executions.
  • Support to prepare and maintain up-to-date relevant training materials related to Company B2B ecosystem.
  • Interlock with process and capability leads to update training materials based on transformations, continuous improvements and capability changes.
  • Support the preparation of the training plans for new employee onboarding, including coordination with the market-specific teams in terms of schedules and participation.
  • Support the preparation of ongoing knowledge assessment for the Company B2B operations teams and to prepare re-training and training continuous improvement plans.
  • Support the delivery of detailed trainings
  • Support the reporting of training key performance indicators to the worldwide and market management teams.
  • Assist process and capability leads with user-friendly documentation techniques and written communications.
  • Contribute to transformational programs and process/tools improvement initiative and facilitate hands-on experience with various processes, capabilities and transformation areas.
  • Support the governance and communication strategy to enable the catalogue manager community cross markets
Expectations
  • Master communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation).
  • Mastery in English. Previous experience in training or employee communications.
  • Strong knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g. PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel).
  • Have good ability to work in a fast-moving working environment with strict deadlines and constraints. Ability to exercise and apply sound judgment to multiple tasks.
  • Plan steps ahead, focusing on results and know how to monitor ongoing improvement.
  • Meet deliverable demands/ goals on time and at the required quality.
  • Strong influencing, consensus-building and influencing skills. Must work well with team environment.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and achieve results.
  • Drive for results through creativity and innovation.
  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
  • Typically 4-6 years of related experience in business/ IT operations.
  • Typically 3-5 years of experience in a business process & capabilities function
