Tasks
  • Provides guidance and advice to partners and sales teams on partner data collection processes
  • Is responsible for the experience of the final partner and the execution of operations in reporting partner data
  • Leads tactical execution as a front line for partner surveys and problem solving
  • Manages partner integration in application usage, complies with reporting requirements: provides partner training on reporting rules, obtains a sample file from partners, advises on various reporting and referral options
  • Manages the configuration of partner reports: validation of sample files, collaboration with partners for necessary corrections, collection and updating of back-end masters with the required information, agreement on the live reporting date
  • Monitors partner reporting and works to improve reporting behavior as needed
  • Monitors the quality of the data transmitted by the partner and provides support to the partner in making the necessary corrections
  • Analysis / Operational support for ad-hoc issues
  • Performs problem sorting and qualification and redirection to appropriate teams
Expectations
  • English
  • Italian (Portuguese is a plus)
  • XLS skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to handle most unique situations.
  • May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues
  • First level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 4-6 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management)
