• Providing high-quality and timely responses to inbound and outbound phone calls and customer inquiries via emails
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for music and sound system products
• Supporting the company in a complete understanding of our client issues regarding billing and technical services; command thorough knowledge of all company products and services and departmental procedures; understanding all procedures within all related areas of the department and company
• Entering data and providing information with a high degree of integrity
• Problem-solving to resolve customer incidents and account reconciliation issues – on the first call whenever possible

• English – advanced level B2 or above
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, and positive phone manner
• Detail-oriented and excellent follow-up skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy seeking answers to complex problems
• Baccalaureate degree

Please note that this position requires you to work with US clients during US time. Available for evening/night shifts (first shift 15:30-00:00/ last shift 19:30 �:00) + weekends. Also, please be aware that you must live in Bucharest for hybrid work, and applicants outside the EU will need a permit available for work 8 hours per day.

• Salary offer: 3000 RON NET + bonuses and increases

Bonuses:

The payrate is higher between:

• 10 pm – 12 am (midnight) – 25% more
• 12 am (midnight) – 4 am – 50 % more
• For every weekend day that you work, you will get a bonus of 50 RON / day
