• Work with Business Analysts, BI Developers and Functional Team members to translate
• Business requirements into Test Cases Responsible for validating the data sources, extraction of data, applying transformation logic, and loading the data in Power BI or other BI tools. Designing, documenting and executing test plans, test harness, test scenarios/scripts & test cases for manual, automated & bug tracking tools

Initial responsibilities include the following; however, specific projects/initiatives may change over time: 

• Work directly with the BI Development team to validate Business Intelligence solutions. Build test strategy and test plans and test cases for ETL and Business Intelligence components
• Validate SQL queries related to test cases and produce test summary reports
• Work with Business Analysts, BI Developers and Functional Team members to translate Business requirements into Test Cases
• Responsible for validating the data sources, extraction of data, applying transformation logic, and loading the data in Power BI or other BI tools
• Designing, documenting and executing test plans, test harness, test scenarios/scripts & test cases for manual, automated & bug tracking tools
• Stay engaged closely with different business groups and functions within the WSS team, collaborate with key Global and Regional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate into insightful data insights
• Design / drive improvements for reporting and data solutions to support Service revenue enablement
• Able to effectively build & test innovative solutions that can be easily scaled to multiple geographies
• Support and coach technically the team as needed
• Prioritize the operational and strategic engagements
• Develop world class testing for analytics business offering to leverage data and analysis to bring transformational change

• Development experience is a plus and knowledge in Modeling / Predictive Analytics
• Python experience

Experience and Skill

• Should have 3-5 years of experience in testing
• Expert in DWH/ETL Test Engineer / QA
• Power BI with reporting front-end QA testing experience
• Reporting front-end tools
• Expertise to creating test case in either Jira or Azure DevOps

Education and Experience:

• Should have 5 years of experience in testing/dashboard development.
• Expert in DWH/ETL Test Engineer / QA
• Power BI with reporting front-end QA testing experience. Advanced knowledge in BI Tools (Design, Development, and Implementation). Power Platforms experience (Power BI)
• Reporting front-end tools
• Exposure to creating test case in either Jira or Azure DevOps
• 2 years in Project/Program Management experience or exposure
• Capable of working in a multi-cultural global client facing environment,
• Ability to work with both business and technical communities
• Financial analysis/excel modelling to support specific analysis projects.
• Strong interest and inclination to technology
• Advanced English skills

• Strong expertise with data testing and presenting data in a clear and simple manner
