  • Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes 
  • Develop or approve project and software release plans. 
  • Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements 
  • Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems 
  • Implement and monitor the standard SDLC framework 
  • Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people 
  • Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed 
  • Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies 
  • Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations 
  • Partner with key cross-functional R&D, Legal, and Finance teams to manage dependencies, increase leveragability, and collaboratively to solve problems

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field 
  • Proven experience leading software project manager or other managerial positions 
  • Communication and interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team 
  • Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience 
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience, exposure to large-scale systems and experience writing code 
  • Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience 
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods 
  • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics 
  • Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting 
  • Familiar with Agile and waterfall methodologies 
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOPS 
  • Working knowledge of project status reporting tools 
  • Working knowledge of MS office and program management software (e.g. Basecamp, MS Project, SmartSheets, PowerBI etc.) 
  • A business acumen with a strategic ability
