To build and grow our team we are currently looking for talented and experienced, full-time Business Intelligence Project Managers who have the skills and experience to execute data / IT projects using both Agile and traditional project management frameworks, with experience in data and service management, who led global Business Intelligence, Reporting and Analytics projects & programs.

Project Management, Stakeholder engagement and Management of Change

• Manage complex implementation, integration, enhancement projects
• Lead the project team and mentor them on executing the project.
• Manage the overall teams members, onsite and offshore.
• Plans, manages, and keeps control over key project milestones, metrics, and success factors
• Driving the end to end implementation process
• Coordinate areas of communication that have impact on scope, budget, risk, and resources
• Coordinate escalation and resolution of any project issues
• Provide regular status reports to management, stakeholders, users on overall status
• Lead and maintain engagement and communication between Business stakeholders, BI and IT teams
• Ensures appropriate training of users, helpdesk & operations team at the end of each project / release
• Runs project postmortem analysis to capture improvement ideas for future projects
• Participates in organization-wide BI process improvement initiatives to fine tune our BI delivery approach and best practices
• Lead and manage various MOC activities to impacted users and stakeholders

• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent with relevant work experience
• 5 years of project management experience on BI/ IT (Data) projects, data and service management and governance
• 3 years of Agile project management experience
• Mastery in English (written, verbal, presentation) is a must, excellent presentation skills
• Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of the business and effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable language
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work ethic and the ability to
• Ability to work ethic, independently, with and within global remote teams with minimal daily supervision
• Strong customer focus and ability to handle difficult stakeholder and project
• Understanding of core Business Intelligence (BI) technology, basic data modeling and database design
• Understanding of Sales domain (end-to-end Campaign to Cash cycle)
