We're currently looking for an experienced IT Support Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer support. 

• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Train end users on new technology and software tools

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus
• E4 - Principle Consultant (Minimum IT Experience 3-6 years)
