Initial responsibilities include the following; however, specific projects/initiatives may change over time: 

  • Work closely with different business groups and functions within the WSS Services team, collaborate with key Global and Regional stakeholders to understand business requirements related to market analysis of the WSS Services portfolio
  • Strong communication and engagement in digital transformation programs, act as an user advocate
  • Apply a structured methodology, develop the plan of action and lead change management activities
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a MOC strategy to drive adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Manage communication strategy - Lead the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
  • Assess the change impact - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Lead trainings and information sessions - Provide input, document requirements, and manage the design and delivery of training programs
  • Collaborate with the team to effectively build innovative solutions that can be easily scaled to multiple geographies, and support data gathering and validation for different sales and marketing programs
  • Act as a liaison to leadership teams, Product category team, Business Planning managers and other key business groups
  • Drive programs and strategic initiatives, be accountable for delivery of all operational reports and metrics for the Dashboards created for WSS Services
  • Support and coach the team as needed
  • Prioritize the operational and strategic engagements
  • Play significant role to ensure Organization change, culture & capability are implemented

Knowledge and skills:

  • Passion for data & delivering data driven outcomes
  • Experience with data visualization and presenting data in a clear and simple manner
  • Able to work independently yet collaborate cross-functionally in a global and multicultural environment
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Excellent written/verbal communications skills. Comfortable presenting to all levels of management and customers
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal, establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach, resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Strategic mindset, attention to detail and capable of independently managing complex processes that touch multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills; ability to work across in person as well as virtual team environments
  • Strong analytical skills and work easily with numbers and multi-dimensional data
  • Self-starter requiring minimum training or on-boarding effort
  • Able to manage multiple work streams effectively with minimum guidance, pro-actively set up communication processes with stakeholders and provide timely updates to leadership
  • Advanced knowledge in Project Management and Program management (project lifecycle)
  • Advanced knowledge in BI Tools (Design, Development and Implementation)
  • MBA or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
  • Typically , 4years of relevant experience handling management of change and project management experience in transformational programs
  • More than 5 years of related experience in IT/business operations
  • Typically, 2 years in Project/Program Management experience
  • Capable of working in a multi-cultural global client facing environment,
  • Ability to work with both business and technical communities
  • Strong interest and inclination to technology


Advantageous
  • Power Platforms experience is a plus
  • MOC / PM training required and certification will be a plus
