• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
• Recruitment team support
• Set and optimize digital marketing campaigns using all necessary tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
• Interpret and present data in a clear and compelling way, using graphical representations and data visualisations
• Build strong engagement through social media interaction
• Keep up to date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
• Stay up to date with digital campaign tools and best practices
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns

• Minimum 1-year experience in similar positions
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks
• Ability to find new solutions and ideas
• Ability to organize, coordinate and follow up on ongoing actions
• Ability to cope with a few different projects at one time
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• English language knowledge
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
