Marketing Operations Analyst

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the WW Print business by generating market performance reports using multiple sources, including third party data sources
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to validate the partner official shipments with appropriate regional stakeholders
  • Own the partner's Guidance process and proactively make any necessary adjustments according to any of the partner internal changes
  • Coordinate the Market Segmentation for the new hardware models, and for any Market Categorization changes that happen between reporting cycles
  • Work closely with various partner's functions (Product Managers, Market teams & others) and fully engage with the worldwide team to ensure consistency of output and proactively communicate any important changes impacting the market share
  • Drive the Market Share reporting process by working closely with the Development Team for the data load and validation
  • Identify any important market trends and highlight them to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Be able to visually present and explain the market share numbers to a large audience
  • Develop critical analysis of all available information to make sense of the evolutions of the market, and when possible, to predict further movements and respond to business challenges within the business
  • Be the single point of contact for External Vendors. Keep track of all the issues, manage and integrate any changes in the vendor data

Desired skillset:

  • Business intelligence and reporting experience
  • Process development skills: organization, progress tracking, issue resolution, documentation, communication, and management of change
  • Data visualization expertise: proficiency in simplifying complex subjects in written and graphical form
  • Experience with Power BI tool development, including requirements gathering, data collection, data validation and loading, dashboard creation, and ongoing management to facilitate business use and insights generation
  • Some Database knowledge would be preferred
  • Strong communication skills with good verbal and written English
  • Presentation experience to executives
  • Detailed and quality orientated
  • Exercise excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong team player with a proven ability to operate across businesses, functions, sites, and cultures
  • 5 years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area
  • First level university degree
  • Advanced university degree (e.g. MBA)
