  • Manage SW upgrade process for existing customers.
  • Collecting necessary information from the customer's account team, verify valid support requirements, submit upgrade requests to 3rd party.
  • Work closely with various operations, account, and partner management teams.
  • Generate and maintain quarterly royalties to be paid to 3rd party partners.
  • Gather customer support/maintenance contract information from systems, generate quarterly Excel report, analyze data for anomalies.
  • Work closely with operations, account and partner management teams.
  • Manage documents for Safe and Legal requirements.
  • Gather data, manage documents, and submit to systems of record.
  • Answer queries related to solution/service support and maintenance coverage for specific customers.
  • Create & manage country Purchase Order creation, management, invoice approval, and/or reconciliation for PSS services portfolio
  • Approve and Maintain invoices received
  • Own suppliers Blanket Purchase Order from creation to closure
  • Proactively communication before and during yearly Blanket Purchase Order renewal
  • Collaborate with vendor manager to report on aging PO reporting & monitoring
  • Own and resolve all Accounts payable inquiries and escalations from software solution partners.
  • Work closely with software vendor managers on escalation communication and resolution outcomes and timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data. Strong in MS Excel.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Able to prioritize multiple requests and deal with ambiguous problems.
  • Organized and responsive.
