Pricing & Promotions Specialist

Pricing Strategy:                                                                                                     

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics              
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to make informed pricing decisions
  • Monitor and adjust pricing models to maximize profitability and market share                                 

Promotional Campaigns:                                                                                        

  • Plan and execute effective promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales       
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotions that resonate with target audiences   
  • Analyze the success of promotional activities and recommend adjustments for future campaigns  

Competitor Analysis:                                                                                   

  • Conduct regular competitive analyses to identify pricing and promotional opportunities         
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments that may impact pricing and promotional strategies
  • Utilize competitive intelligence to position our products or services effectively                             

Cross-Functional Collaboration:                                                                             

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of pricing and promotions with overall business objectives
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data-driven analyses               
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to implement pricing and promotional changes                       

Data Analysis and Reporting:                                                                                 

  • Utilize data analytics tools to evaluate the performance of pricing strategies and promotional activities 
  • Generate regular reports to communicate key performance indicators and provide insights for decision-making
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
  • Proven experience in pricing and promotions management, preferably in a CPG industry
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in English
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
