Tasks

Departamentul de Operatiuni Clienti (EMEA) face parte din organizatia de Operatiuni Lant de Aprovizionare (EMEA) si are ca obiectiv mentinerea relatiei cu clientii pe tot parcursul comenzii, de la plasarea de catre client pana la plata facturii. Managerul de imbunatatire procese coordoneaza unul sau mai multe procese operationale din cadrul departamentului de Operatiuni Clienti:

 Reprezinta interfata dintre clienti si operatiuni la nivel regional EMEA pe procesul alocat, coordonand rezolvarea escalarilor si implementarea initiativelor de imbunanatire
 Initiaza si coordoneaza proiecte si initiative in vederea imbunatatirii calitatii proceselor, contribuie ca specialist de proces in proiecte sau programe initiate de alte organizatii care afecteaza procesul respectiv
 Asigura alinierea si standadizarea proceselor conform cu prioritatile si strategia organizatiei in termenii agreati si cu respectarea acuratetei informatiilor
 Furnizeaza consultanta pe procese si indruma echipele operationale, luand decizii de la complexitate moderata la ridicata cu privire la adaptarea proceselor la nevoile organizatiei in termnele agreate
 Foloseste metodologia de modelare procese operationale in vederea cresterii maturitatii proceselor si furnizeaza recomandari de imbunatatire si eficientizare a proceselor
 Colecteaza si analizeaza date in vederea monitorizarii performantei proceselor, implementeza masuri de imbunatatire pentru a creste performanta conform tintelor stabilite la nivel de organizatie
 Pregateste si conduce sedinte lunare in care sunt revizuiti indicatorii de performanta , coordonand ulterior implementarea actiunilor corective
 Conduce regulat forumurile / intalnirile regionale cu reprezentanti din fiecare tara in care ofera vizibilitate si coordoneaza alinierea proceselor intre diferitele tari conform termenelor agreate si cu respectarea proceselor si procedurilor companiei?
 Ofera recomandari la nivelul conducerii organizatiei in vederea implementarii de noi initiative si decizii strategice ori de cate ori este necesara o modificare / imbunatatire de proces si se asigura ca sunt implementate recomandarile agreate
 Defineste si implementeaza canalele de comunicare necesare pentru a valida si raspunde nevoilor clientilor externi si interni
 Contribuie la crearea unei culturi bazate pe client si pe imbunatatirea proceselor, prin prezentari / instuructiuni de lucru si indrumare / consultanta constanta a reprezentantilor operationali
 Coordoneaza activitati de raportare, analiza sau audit in functie de nevoi in mod constant
 Participa activ in crearea de relatii de afaceri si obtinerea de rezultate comune in vederea imbunatatirii proceselor in care colaboreaza cu organizatiile partenere
 Responsabil cu actualizarea si standardizarea documentatiei de proces ori de cate ori apar modificari ale proceselor

Expectations
  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
  • Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
  • Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
  • Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
  • May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
  • Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
  • Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.
  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 6-10 years of related experience in IT/business operations.
  • Typically 5-8 years of project management experience.
  • Quality improvement training required and certification a plus.
