You will help deliver business growth to the partner through:

• Analysing and understanding business processes (RACI, TAT, WORKFLOW, KPI)
• Designing automated process solutions
• Creating and maintaining solution documentation and disaster recovery procedures
• Identify any process re-engineering opportunities
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements
• Monitoring daily jobs
• Keep Databases and Tools compliant with internal IT standards and guidelines
• Establish partnership with Information Services and serve as a liaison with appropriate personnel to understand system capabilities and requirements
• Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for UAT
• Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases

Must Have

• Proven track record of development of solutions based on Excel, VBA, SQL Server, Oracle, API, Web Services in term of design, development, roll out and support
• Strong Data Analytical skills
• An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
• Fully autonomous, you are a self-starter who delivers very fast high-quality work and can adapt to new requests and challenges
• Confident and effective stakeholder engagement at all levels of management, delivering a combination of consensus and directive driven interaction.
• Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
• Ability to inspire and drive individuals across multiple initiatives to deliver a common objective
• High levels of verbal and written communication skills
