Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Management of Change

• Manage medium to complex implementation, integration, and enhancement projects
• Lead the project team and mentor them in executing the project. Manage the overall team members, onsite and offshore
• Plans, manages, and keeps control over key project milestones, metrics, and success factors
• Driving the end-to-end implementation process
• Coordinate areas of communication that have an impact on scope, budget, risk, and resources
• Coordinate escalation and resolution of any project issues
• Provide regular status reports to management, stakeholders, and users on the overall status
• Lead and maintain engagement and communication between Business stakeholders, BI, and IT teams
• Ensures appropriate training of users, helpdesk & operations team at the end of each project/release
• Runs project postmortem analysis to capture improvement ideas for future projects
• Participate in organization-wide BI process improvement initiatives to fine-tune our BI delivery approach and best practices
• Lead and manage various MOC activities to impacted users and stakeholders

• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent with relevant work experience
• 5+ years of project management experience on BI/ IT (Data) projects
• 2+ years of Agile project management experience
• Mastery of English (written, verbal, presentation) is a must and excellent presentation skills
• Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of the business and effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable language
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work ethic and the ability to
• Ability to work ethic, independently, with and within global remote teams with minimal daily supervision
• Strong customer focus and ability to handle difficult stakeholders and projects
• Understanding of core Business Intelligence (BI) technology, basic data modeling, and database design
• Understanding of Sales domain (end-to-end Campaign to Cash cycle)

• 1+ years in Master Data Management solutions and Data Governance
• Experience in working at a large corporation / enterprise in a virtual / global environment
