As a Regional Change Management (Market) MOC Specialist, you are responsible for implementing the change strategy defined at central level in your designated Region, delivering quality communications, content, and training to your stakeholders.

You will help deliver business outcome to our client through:

• Change impact analysis for your designated Region.
• Ensuring that change for your Region audience (Sales) is understood and accepted at all levels.
• Constant engagement with central MOC lead, to ensure alignment on the provided structure and have the relevant input from the Region incorporated in the scope with regards to end state experience, timelines, impacted audience and level of impact, together with the plans, deliverables and tactics required to deliver Communication, Training, Sponsorship, Coaching and Resistance Management
• Content creation and coordination related to MOC activities within your Region, gathering content and consolidating feedback customized for your audience.
• Managing the communication process within the Market(s) in your Region, in collaboration with the central MOC lead’s structure & guidelines, and managing workstream distribution lists for newsletters, communications & trainings
• Ensuring coordination between different communications/ packages from other Regional MOCs
• Designing & building training materials
• Engaging customers/stakeholders in training delivery
• Closing the loop with Central lead on every milestone to ensure deliverables and timelines are aligned and on track

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2-3 years experience - in change management, preferably in a corporate environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Project Management and planning skills
• Ability to simplify complex topics for mass consumption.
• Good understanding of MOC techniques, tools, principles
• Analytical skills, great attention to detail
• Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience in large multinational Technology Industry organization and/or in the Change Management space
