Tasks
  • Team up with Product Partners to perform various activities for Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, including timely origination, monitoring, renewals and completion across all product and marketing levels;
  • Build relationships internally and externally to ensure a timely problem resolutions and to provide support for a wide range of client related matters;
  • Perform financial and operational investigations, including credit, foreign exchange, cash management and trade services, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction;
  • Assist Bankers with various credit admin processes and interact with support departments; perform credit allocations and various approvals, documentation, bookings, fee collections and renewals of trade products;
  • Handle independently front to end credit allocation from Parent Account Management teams and Credit Risk Management;
  • Assist Banker with various reporting, preparation internal materials and data collection; assist in the preparation of support discussions for clients;
  • Ensure data accuracy and a proper mapping of clients in internal systems; make sure that all revenues earned from products are appropriately reflected;
  • Monitor billing and service queries; handle deferrals and all related processes;
  • Maintain and ensure that portfolios have correct marketing levels and legal structure reported in the appropriate systems;
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Expectations
  • Native Romanian and fluent English knowledge;
  • College/University Degree; Business/Finance/Economics is a plus;
  • Experience in Banking Operations or Relationship Management is a plus
  • Consistently demonstrate a professional attitude, intellectually curious and willingness to learn;
  • Highly organized, multitasker and capable of working under pressure to observe very tight deadlines;
  • Strong presenter and skilled communicator (clear and concise written and verbal communication is a must), proned to embrace a constructive dialogue and find value in exchanging ideas;
  • Team player to work effectively with internal and external counterparts;
  • Knowledgeable in terms of local regulations, in particular Know Your Client; general knowledge of the market, customers, competition and range of Banking products incl. Loans, cash management, trade and markets products is a big advantage.Capable to smoothly and independently conduct client interactions on a wide range of operational & admin topics.  
  • Consistently client focused, with strong client service experience;
  • Detail & process focused; ideal candidate should independently manage a wide range of internal processes;
  • Resourceful to do the right dose of follow-up is a must.
