Tasks
- Ensures that both the recurrent and ad-hoc reports/solutions are delivered & maintained as per the agreed timelines and quality standards;
- Coordinates the reviews of current reports/solutions, new solutions requested by the internal & external stakeholders in accordance with their needs;
- Deliveres the analyses requested by either direct manager or internal customers together with recommendations on the actions that can be taken based on the revealed data;
- Focus on continuous improvement & automation of the solutions from the existing portfolio;
- Ensures the creation, documentation, handover and optimization of developed solutions;
- Actively involved in problem solving for issues of varied complexity; involved in solving special situations; can ask for support on complex decisions;
- Analysis raised issues by stakeholders and troubleshoots to fix them within established TAT. Coordinates with other techniccal teams if needed;
- Collects requirements from stakeholders on changes/enhancements needed for the solutions managed and plans/executes them together with all technical teams needed;
- Does basic development on portfolio solutions on CRs raised by stakeholders
Expectations
- Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope.
- Utilizes professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.
- Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
- Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment.
- Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
- First level university degree with recommended focus in business or finance.
- Typically 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
