In this role, the candidate will require to work and excel in following areas

• Define Analytic capabilities requirements and design (Dashboards, Scorecards/Performance Management, Ad-Hoc, Slice/Dice, Alerts and Guided Analytics, Search and Text, Prediction and Simulation)
• Evaluate and define requirements for BI solutions with Business users
• Capacity to solve problems, identify options and propose a solution in MS BI technologies
• Incident Management, User Management, accuracy Checks, Quarterly Activities and Change Management
• Create, execute, and document test cases and results
• Prepare process documentation for all processes. Effectively transition implementation knowledge to support teams
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills to interact with the relevant stakeholders
• Flexibility to work across time zones and diverse cultures and across different technologies.

• Proficiency and minimum hands on experience of 2 years in end to end MS BI Application
• Good verbal & written communication skills to interact with the relevant stakeholders
• Flexibility in adapting to new technologies.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and diverse cultures
• Exposure to support environment {Incident Management, User Management, Data Quality Checks, Quarterly Activities, Change Management etc.}
• Engineering (Comp. Sc.), Bachelor/master’s in computer science/Graduate
