Responsibilities:

• Is proactive executing Quote to Order and Order to Cash Sales Operations processes for HW, Consumables and Services, with focus in TCE continuous improvement

During the execution of these processes ensures alignment across internal involved parties within the organization: (Sales/Category, Services, Supply Chain, Finance, Credit and Collection, HPFS)

• Organizes calls with appropriate forum to analyze needs, commercial conditions, interactions, dependencies and path forward
• Ensures transparency and coordination across organization stakeholders
• Works with company local legal counsels to ensure contracts and documented agreements compliance
• Systematically ensure records and archiving retention for audit purpose

• Good communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge and skills with business applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong synthesis, organizational and analytical skills
• Systematic and organized mind-set
• Solid Biz acumen and understanding of accounting concepts
• Preferably GSB breadth of solutions knowledge

Education and experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or in similar areas
• 2 years of experience in a business supporting function, preferably finance, contract management, or back-office
