Sales Support Specialist

Tasks

Sales Support Specialist generally performs back-office functions and is typically a non-customer-facing role responsible for performing general and specific tasks related to the effective execution and support of the end-to-end sales cycle processes


 Main responsibilities:

  • Offer support to account managers, country managers, PBMs, and partners
  • Work closely with Sales and Operational teams to ensure turn-around SLA / response deadline is met
  • Assist newcomers as per request in completing their mandatory training/tasks
  • May assist in delivering training and/or presentations on general business matters or tools
  • Manage sales and partner's admin tasks on their behalf
  • Analyze sales data and compile information for reports/ identifies trends and make observations
  • Actively search for new solutions to improve the day-to-day activity and optimize the processes
  • Eclipse – Indirect pricing 
  • MPC - Portal support – offer guidance; Portal actions – Actions in MPC on behalf and Eclipse actions; Ticket creation; Actions and Guidance in Multi-country portal
  • IQ – Pricing support – Deal updates and Eclipse creation; Portal support – offer guidance; Dynamics support – opportunity actions/ quote actions/ BMI system fallout/ quote assistance/ other checks/ reports; Ticket creation
  • Training/ Webinars offered for sales, PBMs, or Partners
  • Any other tools and processes which can contribute to good business relations
  • Assistance for Operations Manager (OM) (if necessary)
  • Assists OM in the recruitment process.
  • Assists OM with new team members onboard
  • Assists OM in what concerns the efficient team organization and efficient use of available resources
  • Might manage the team on behalf of OM or represent OM on demand or whenever it is considered necessary
Expectations
  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience
  • Mastery in English and local language
  • 2-3 years of related experience (e.g., sales support, customer service, general support roles).
  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to convey medium-impact messages clearly (verbal, written, and presentation) to internal and external peers and management
  • Good command of PC and Microsoft Office pack
