Tasks

The Sales Support Specialist works in a pan-European, multicultural and multilingual distribution channel business environment. He / she is responsible for the daily support to the sales agents and managers from the countries. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support for an audience of:

  • Sales agents and managers from countries
  • Sales agents and managers in HUBs contracted by Company Professional training support for sales teams. Support regarding their administrative activities. Providing support in the management of operational activities
  • Monitoring the quality of pipeline and forecast reports and proactively or reactively adjusting errors
  • Order and invoice management
  • Making product configurations according to the required specifications
  • Reporting in the field of sales and commissioning Support in the improvement and creation of internal processes as well as the professional training of the resources used within them, such as, without being limited to:
  • MSD - assigning clients and territories
  • Eclipse - proforma and invoice management
  • Integrated Quoting - pricing platform for Company contractual partners
  • Instruction on the operations carried out during the sales process
  • Any other processes, procedures or tasks relevant to the smooth running of business relations within the distribution channels in the Central Europe market Any other activity or task indicated by the Team Coordinator, Operations Manager or Sales Support Manager.
