Tasks

EMEA Direct Operations face parte din organizatia EMEA Sales Operations. Oferim suport si servicii personalizate pentru echipele de vanzari, unitati de business si clienti, prin managementul ofertei si al cotatiilor.

Ofera echipei de vanzari expertiza tehnica si informatii legate de preturi si produsem pentru a oferi solutii viabile si valide din punct de vedere tehnic care pot fi construite in fabrica.


Analistul Servicii Client face parte din echipa de operatiuni de vânzari, avand o varietate de responsabilităţi, cum ar fi:

Consultanta si Design al Ofertei de Produse:


  • Contactul cheie pentru organizația de vanzari pentru client E-catalog si aspectele conexe Portalurilor
  • Ghideaza agentii de vanzari si pune in aplicare structurile optime ale cataloagelor de produse
  • Comunicarea proactiva catre client/agenti de vanzari a problemelor aparute pe cataloagele acestora
  • Informeaza proactiv clientii/ agentii de vanzari de orice schimbare majora in oferirea sau de stabilire a preturilor
  • Acordarea de consultanta pentru solutiile B2B (nu B2Bi)
  • Furnizarea de consultanta privind oferta de produse si preturi
  • Efectueaza triajul si calificarea problemelor si redirectionarea catre echipe adecvate
