• Develop, test, build, deploy, and operate insurance software using modern tech and agile methods
• Analyze and implement functional requirements independently
• Support automation and enhancement of development tools, build, deployment, and testing processes
• Regularly review and optimize workflows

• Proficient in C/C++ and knowledge of Java
• Experience with Git and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Strong problem-solving skills and solution orientation
• Independent, team-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused
• Flexible, committed, and eager to learn technical backgrounds
• Excellent German (C1+) in spoken and written form
