We are currently seeking for an experienced Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer support 

• Provide technical support to customers, resolving software, hardware, and network issues
• Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Train customers on new technology and software tools

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
