Introduction
We are constantly looking for German and English language speakers for big IT companies (at least B2 level for both of them). The salary range is between 5500 and 6000 RON net, language bonus included.
Tasks
  • Able to understand complex cross-functional business topics and focus on resolution
  • Would work in one of the following areas: Customer Operations, Sales Support, Order Management, Contract Management, Logistics, Pricing
  • Applies internal policies to ensure internal policies and audit requirements are met
  • Manages customer/partner backlog to ensure that appropriate actions are taken to deliver support within agreed SLA and according to business need
  • Manages all claims, exceptions and special requests in the area of responsibilities in due time and alignment with agreed procedures/policies, as per the received requests
  • Coordinates customer’s change requests in due time and alignment with agreed procedures/policies, as per the received requests, ensuring the accuracy of the task.
Expectations
  • Advanced German and English
  • Ability to communicate in a B2B environment
  • Previous experience in a customer and/or support oriented environment
  • University Degree can be an advantage or a must in some of the roles
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
