Technical Competencies:

• Masters or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field such as cyber security or cloud computing Or 7+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5 or more years of relevant experience in a telecom and network security role
• Hands on experience in telecom network interfaces and protocols for 5G, LTE, legacy environments. A deep understanding of telecom layers - Transport, Network, RAN and Core
• A deep understanding of Telcom firewalls and protocols, ability to support but not limited to SIP, RTP, GTP, SS7, Diameter, TCP, HTTP2 etc.
• Understand and interact with related disciplines to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across telecom environments
• Experience in threat use case development and automation and recommend Security process design & improvements
• Experience and understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies
• Advanced user of Linux operating system with the ability to build packages from source code. (preferable)
• Skilled in Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing principles, Secure configuration and Application Security tools, and techniques

• English required for daily work and interactions
