Tasks
  • Identify and analyze the technology needs of the specific domain
  • Oversee design and implementation phase of technology solutions that meet those needs
  • Communicate the technology solutions to stakeholders
  • Ensure that technology solutions are aligned with the overall architecture and strategy of the organization
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the technology solutions within the domain to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends in the domain and apply them to the organization's solutions
  • Collaborate with other teams such as product development, engineering, operations, to ensure that the technology solutions are well-integrated with the business process and meets the end-user requirements.
  • Contribute to overall I&T Strategy and planning work within given technology domain
  • Guide and support the Architects, Product owners / Managers and with their support develop the Technology Architecture roadmap
Expectations

Work experience

  • Min. 10 years’ experience in specific technology domain
  • Min. 10 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure field


Education & specific skills (incl. language)

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge in related technology domain
  • Understanding of IT Technology related market trends
  • Good understanding of the business and end user requirements
  • Excellent negotiation and issue-handling skills
  • Experience with transition / transformation projects
  • Demonstrated experience in IT AND OT implementations in manufacturing industry: segregation and integrations as technical lead or infrastructure architect.
  • Demonstrate leadership ability to back decisions with research and the "why," and articulate several options, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation
  • Work effectively with a wide range of teams - from business leaders to delivery teams - driving product success without breaking the self-organizing culture that makes lean and agile delivery organizations successful
  • Constructive personality with the ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations
  • Ability to communicate effectively from C level to blue-collars
  • Strategic planning and design thinking
  • Knowledge of strategical tools like Claroty, Commvault, Rapid 7, logging and SOC
  • TOGAF
  • Prince 2 / PMI
  • Technical Certificates related to field
  • Fluency in English
