Tasks
  • 1st Level Support for Infrastructure Topics (Server, Storage, Network)
  • Follow the progress status of the raised incident
  • Monitoring of servers, network components, services, and applications based on the ITSM Tool
  • First-line analyst (provide first support, prioritize & classify, escalate)
  • Restarting of servers, services, and applications based on request or Incidents
  • Execution of software updates/deployments based on working instructions
  • Activation of 2nd Level Teams to processing of the accumulating alerts, incident, services request
  • Documentation of the performed activities and filling of the knowledge database
  • Creating statistics on the SLA
Expectations
  • Experience with Windows / Linux Servers, Storage systems
  • Experience with ESX/AIX 
  • English knowledge
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts
  • Positive attitude with the ability to multitask and work effectively with minimum supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical and independent working style
  • Team player personality
Advantageous
  • Network components like CISCO Routers/ Switch 
  • VMWARE
  • CITRIX 
  • Azure Cloud 
  • ITIL Knowledge or certification
