Tasks
  • Daily interaction with the customers about the ongoing contracts and business opportunities
  • Keeping up excellent customer intimacy and being the main customer interface regarding customer’s requests
  • Continuous control of contract expirations and renewals
  • Elaboration of new standard deals
  • Preparing calculations for standard offers and optimization to ensure most competitive proposal
  • Contribution to business case preparations for complex deals or RfQ/RfI, public procurements
  • Subcontractor management for service offer preparations and work with Procurement to ensure obligations are back-to-backed with suppliers
  • Preparing contract templates in alignment with the partner’s standard T&Cs
  • Manage contractual changes during project execution
  • Issues follow-up & closure with project team and customer
  • Active usage of the partner’s workflow management system and related administration
  • Strong collaboration with account manager and the partner’s technical teams
  • Business reporting for the partner’s management
  • Supporting customer engagement and customer negotiations
  • Must be based in Budapest

Personal skills:

  • Account manager or Bid Management experience is key
  • Excellent customer intimacy
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills
  • Good understanding of business financials and telco industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Analytical and fact driven - ability to challenge assumptions
  • Execution focused mind set - positive/can do attitude
  • Strong team player
  • Native Hungarian and fluent English
  • Driving license category B
