Analyst - Robotics Process Automation

Introduction
Our partner, an international holding company based in Salzburg, has a significant role in the hypermarket industry and helps to coordinate the development of the business group across 4 continents and 11 countries. The company is continuously working on shaping their worldwide strategies and processes in order to optimize the effects of their business operations.
Tasks
  • Work within a project team of IT and Business to facilitate the roll-out of RPA globally across the Company South.
  • Group Support further development of a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Centre of Excellence delivering automation solutions.
  • Analyze and refine automation use cases submitted from all global departments and calculate their return on investment.
  • Support organization and facilitation of workshops to identify automation use cases.
  • Work on the overall RPA business case and report financial KPIs to measure the performance.
  • Create convincing presentations for international top-management meetings as well as change management and communication materials.
  • Conduct industry and technology research and work on the development into more advanced automation technologies.
Expectations
  • Completed studies or equivalent qualification in the field of business administration or IT
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multinational environment
  • Ability to participate actively in workshops and confidently hold presentations
  • Experienced handling of the PC (especially MS-Office Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented analytical way of thinking
  • Business-fluent English skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
Advantageous
  • Work experience as a Business Analyst or in other roles in the fields of RPA, project or process management and/or finance would be an advantage
  • Academic qualifications and/or professional experience in process management methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) would be beneficial
