Application Administrator (Synergy)

Introduction

Our partner is the largest ICT employer in Hungary. They provide a wide portfolio of IT and telecommunications services with more than 4500 employees. The company continuously develops its four sites in Hungary and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.

Tasks

Receives and opens Synergy related tickets
Establishes the competency regarding the ticket; accepts, rejects or forwards the ticket to the place of solution
Provides 2nd level support
Solves some more complex, not standard problems, and escalates more complex issues
Updates the tickets
Communicates with the client (UHD/ 1st level or directly with the client’s IT professional) about the solution of the ticket, informs OPM, SDM, Last Level about the status of the ticket
Closes the ticket, documents the solution
Provides data to internal and external parties requesting reports

Expectations

Fluent English knowledge
Experience with IBM Synergy system support
Experience work in ITIL-based environment
General system administration experience
