  • The manager is responsible for coordinating the work of the functional and/or technical specialists
  • Organize the support (and development) of the application(s) in scope
  • Setup and follow-up of budget for the application & team in scope
  • Setup and follow-up SLA(s) for the application(s) in scope
  • Contract and vendor management (together with GBS procurement for 3rd party application(s) in scope
  • Coordinate the work of team members and ensuring team performance
  • Coordinate with other teams in GBS where necessary
  • Setting targets to his/her direct reports and measuring performance against them
  • Liaison with internal customers, other teams in GBS and 3rd party vendors
  • Regular and ad-hoc reporting
  • At least five years of experience working with Quality management application or variant in a hands-on environment
  • Experience in managing application support teams
  • Experience in operational support of Quality management applications
  • Experience defining business requirements, writing functional design documentation
  • Experience with integrating Quality management application(s) with different MES/ERP systems
  • Quality experience in manufacturing environment with specific understanding of quality processes and operations
  • College or University (IT /Business Degree or Equivalent)
  • Expert in depth understanding of business functions. Specific knowledge of at least one of the following modules: Manufacturing (shopfloor) or Product Quality Assurance
  • Technical understanding of application integrations
  • Basic knowledge in automotive quality management processes and core tools preferred
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Experience with remote/dotted line management of staff in multiple countries
  • Strong management skills to enforce appropriate deliverable of team members
  • Knowledge of project management procedures within IT
  • Knowledge of change management procedures within IT
  • Experience from operational management of quality or production
  • Experience with managing 3rd party IT vendors
