It was one of the first international shared service centers in Hungary, opening its doors in 2005, presently facilitating services for 95 countries on an international level. 

Tasks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyse business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development team
  • Conduct meetings, workshops, survey to gather detailed business information
  • Analyse current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement optimized business processes and recommend changes to enhance efficiency
  • Develop business cases to support process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and management of projects
  • Monitor project progress, monitor risks. Ensure projects deliverables are completed on time
  • Work with development team to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
  • Test and validate new systems and applications to ensure they meet specified requirements
  • Provide trainings to end users
Expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analyst role or similar experience
  • Proven experience in project management, familiarity with agile methodology
  • Experience in Information or cyber security is an advantage
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise communication
  • Good command of English language (both verbal and written)
  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Proven analytical skills
