Business Analyst (Identity and Access Management)

It was one of the first international shared service centers in Hungary, opening its doors in 2005, presently facilitating services for 95 countries on an international level.

Tasks

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyse business requirements
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development team
Conduct meetings, workshops, survey to gather detailed business information
Analyse current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
Design and implement optimized business processes and recommend changes to enhance efficiency
Develop business cases to support process improvement initiatives
Assist in the planning, execution, and management of projects
Monitor project progress, monitor risks. Ensure projects deliverables are completed on time
Work with development team to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
Test and validate new systems and applications to ensure they meet specified requirements
Provide trainings to end users

Expectations

Bachelor’s degree/University degree
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analyst role or similar experience
Proven experience in project management, familiarity with agile methodology
Experience in Information or cyber security is an advantage
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise communication
Good command of English language (both verbal and written)
Proven influencing and relationship management skills
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Proven analytical skills
