Tasks

Lead the global client operations team consisting of client analysts:

  • Handling escalations
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Set clear team goals
  • Incident, change and problem management tasks
  • Organize team meetings
  • Discover training needs
  • Ensure that SLA’s set for the client services are met and regularyreport KPI status
  • Coordinate involvement of client team members into projects, ensure their time allocation rate to secure operational stability
  • Other managed client services duties as assigned
Expectations
  • People management experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT technical position working with managed client concept and virtual team
  • Technical knowledge of client concept (Config/End Point manager, Intune, Window 10, AD, Azure, Virtualization, AVD)
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
