Introduction
Our partner is the largest ICT employer in Hungary. They provide a wide portfolio of IT and telecommunications services with more than 4500 employees. The company continuously develops its four sites in Hungary and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.
Tasks
- Design, configure, implement and support an automated workflow for server, cloud and virtualization
- Review and evaluate cloud (and virtual) server performance, capacity, networking and software
- Create automation in Agile way, solutions that improve Testlab operations and efficiency
- Perform server, cloud computing and virtualization environment build-outs, software installation, maintenance and support
- Comply with all audit, compliance and regulatory requirements and ensure policy, controls and procedures are maintained throughout virtualization and cloud environments, documentation of operating procedures and processes
Expectations
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Hands-on experience with OpenStack Cloud and Containers like Kubernetes and Docker
- Knowledge and experience with automation, configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/ Chef/ Gitlab
- Corporate hands-on experience with scripting and coding, such as Python/Bash/ Shell scripts
- In depth system administration experience and knowledge, including operating systems, hardware and networking, profound knowledge about UNIX/ Linux distributions like Red Hat and Ubuntu
- In depth knowledge and extensive corporate hands-on experience in Vmware vSphere administration , maintenance, design, and architecture
Advantageous
- German language knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in Cisco, Juniper network are advantageous
- Knowledge and experience with canonical deployement tools
