Community Manager

Tasks

Build and nurture an online community around the project, fostering engagement and collaboration
Monitor community platforms and respond to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely manner
Develop and execute community engagement initiatives, including contests, Q&A sessions, and feedback surveys
Be part of and collaborate and work closely with the Organizational Change Management team to align messaging and maintain a consistent messages across channels
Support identifying and onboard community ambassadors to assist in managing the community
Gather and report community feedback to inform project improvements and decision-making
Facilitate live events, webinars, and discussions to promote interaction within the community
Proactively identify and resolve conflicts or issues within the community, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment
Provide insights and recommendations to the project team based on community feedback and sentiment

Expectations

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is a plus
Proven experience in communication and community management, preferably in a project or online community setting
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent written communication skills with an ability to adapt tone and style based on the audience
Ability to analyze community metrics and derive actionable insights
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and creativity
Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools is advantageous
