Data & Analytics L2/L3 Support Analyst

  • Provide root cause analysis and investigate and troubleshoot incidents from applications maintained by Reinsurance Data team 
  • Planned activity management 
  • Service request management 
  • Release and deployment management 
  • Configuration management 
  • Take ownership of DevOps Deployment process 
  • Process automation and orchestration 
  • Own and maintain L2 and release documentations (run books, weekly status updates)
  • Monitor daily job chain and status of application and escalate if something is not working as expected
  • SQL query, developer knowledge – minimum 4 years experience
  • Power BI - minimum 4 years experience
  • Data Analysis – hands on experience, database/reporting background
  • Experience in analyzing data issues using SQL queries/Pyspark
  • Experience working in L2 Support team and expertise in efficiently triaging, detecting, recording and classifying incidents using Service Now
  • Hands on Experience in batch and infrastructure monitoring
  • Expertise in release and deployment management using DevOps/other tools
  • Experience in handing configurations for database/Reporting systems(Power BI or Azure ADF or Palantir)
