Tasks
- Be part of a constantly developing environment to support the giants of automotive industry
- 2nd level support of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) application
- Monitoring Service Request handling via e-mails
- Service Request handling in ticketing tool
- Incident ticket handling
- Change Coordination and Implementation
- Problem ticket handling
- Customer consultancy
- On-call duty (only with appropriate experience)
Expectations
- Fluent German language knowledge
- Intermediate English language knowledge
- IT related experience
- Precise and confident personality
