Enterprise Manager Administrator


The main duty of the Enterprise Manager Administrator is to provide the support of the Self Service Portal and Software Distribution. 


• Incident, Change and Problem Handling

• Solving different tool related problems and issues during integration, testing and distribution of software packages in production environment

• Ensure packaging/distribution environment runs smoothly both on server and client side

• Maintenance of the distribution server

• Solve deployment issues

• Work closely with virtual team members

• Contact to the 3rd Level team 


• Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016

• SCCM hands-on knowledge

• Scripting experience (powershell, vbs)

• Fluent German and English language skills

• Good communication skill

• Understanding of network technologies and topology

• Basic ITIL Knowledge

• Team work attitude 

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn

• Customer focus


• MS SQL knowledge

• C# and other programmer/software engineer skills.

• Packaging knowledge

• Experience with 3rd party tools connected with SCCM (Matrix42
