Tasks
  • Providing engineering and Architecture subject matter expertise to assist in planning and organizing O365 products – not specialized on one service but have a more general focus.
  • Lead critical outage calls
  • Create SOPs
  • Providing engineering and Architecture subject matter expertise to assist in planning and organizing O365 products
  • Participating in proof-of-concept projects
  • Suggesting industry best practices utilized by companies of similar industry, size, and services
  • Incident Management (root cause analysis, ticket handling, ticket investigation, resolution and/or passing over to respective teams)
  • Creating PowerShell scripts
  • Educating and Guiding users to the respective team based on request
  • Manage existing Office 365 environment (AZURE AD, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online) Platform related.
  • Support legal discovery, regulatory compliance, and other auditing and reporting activities
  • Manage Office 365 licenses.
  • Create and manage PowerShell scripts with Azure Automation and manual scripts.
  • Create and manage Power Bi reports for Data analysis.
  • Manage Logs stored in Log analytics workspace and query using Kusto query.
  • Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders / Third party Vendors for break-fix
  • Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
  • Participate in daily Client meeting and provide activities report
Expectations
  • Strong knowledge on SharePoint Online, O365 SharePoint Migration, Exchange Online, Azure – 3+ years of experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge about all existing Office365 Services and Products – 1+ years of experience
  • Knowledge in Rest API – 1+ years of experience
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge – 4+ years of experience
  • Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology (scrum)
  • Experience in the execution of certain tasks (3+ Years of Experience)
  • Excellent in SharePoint Portal and SharePoint Services Operations, Administration and Management, Office 365 Administering and Management, Exchange Online Service Operations, Azure AD group management, experience with using Management APIs
  • Capacity planning and develop/update strategy for all SharePoint and E-mail Services
  • Knowledge in AD, Exchange, Azure RMS, One Drive, In-tune, Skype, Sway, Power Bi, Teams, Unified Audit Log, Log Analytics, Azure Automation, and test Pilot projects, including all required integration
  • Engineering and Architecture subject matter expertise
  • Excellent documentation skills to create SOP
  • Excellent understanding and listening skills
