Tasks

Meet GBS IT Client Operations SLA towards business
Provide 3rd level MDM support for internal customers
Develop, maintain and support autopilot device enrollments
Manage enrolled devices with Intune (both mobile devices and computers)
Enhance Mobile Device Management solution to follow industry standards

Expectations

College or University Degree,
Minimum 3-5 years in IT technical position, working in a client management environment,
Minimum 3-5 years’ experiences in IT at a Multinational company,
Microsoft Technical Certificate (is advantage),
ITIL foundation (is advantage),
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
