IT Architecture & Disaster Response Coordinator

With the help of their dedicated staff, they are constantly working on further succession and their digitalisation and IT department is now expanding to further support global projects and core activities.

Tasks

Lead development of architectural roadmap, implement enterprise architecture, manage infrastructure development, and maintain IT ERU (Emergency Response Unit) to support emergency operations. Establish global tech supplier agreements and assist the organization’s membership uptake.


Enterprise Architecture:

  • Develop roadmap aligning with business needs and standards
  • Participate in project selection, assessment, and impact evaluation
  • Maintain standards, analyze solution impact, propose changes
  • Lead IT architecture development, focusing on network and security
  • Manage global supplier frameworks under Senior Architect guidance


Emergency Response and Surge Support:

  • Maintain and evolve IT ERU, including training and deployment coordination


National Society Development Support:

  • Assist in global framework agreements with tech suppliers for membership use
Expectations
  • University degree in Engineering or related field
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years IT project management with financial expertise
  • Experience in infrastructure systems development
  • Strong communication skills in English
