IT Service Delivery Manager

Tasks
  • Builds and maintains motivated teams, making sure there is an iterative plan to work towards
  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Periodically reports progress, performance, SLAs and other parameters of accounts in scope to Group Lead (IT Operation Head) via Balanced Score Card and Weekly Status Reports as per the schedule or as and when requested
  • Manages and monitors the agreed SLAs
  • Shares lessons learnt and best practices with other accounts
  • Ensures the availability and the update of appropriate knowledge base
  • Defines roles and responsibilities clearly for knowledge capturing and sharing
  • Identifies and assigns appropriate roles to team members
  • Supports and provides guidance to team to achieve personal, team-based and professional goals
  • Monitors the team’s required competencies and enroll for relevant learnings to bridge the gaps in the competencies
  • Manages the performance of the team and identifies opportunities for performance and productivity improvement


Expectations
  • Experience in IT Project Management
  • College or University Degree
  • Fluent English language knowledge
