• Create monthly and periodical reports for GBS community regarding services, configuration items and Hardware inventory
• Validate and keep up to date information for hardware devices in CMDB
• Follow up hardware warranty and coordinate renewal/replacement process of physical devices
• Analise and validate monthly service provider reports
• Fulfill data analysis and ad-hoc reporting tasks within Operation Team
• Review and analyse backup status reports

• 1+ year in position of an IT organisation
• Master/Bachelor/Vocational Degree in IT
• Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
• Basic understanding of IT Enterprise infrastructure (server-client architecture, cloud, hosting and virtualization, storage systems, backup)
• Advanced knowledge on MS office products especially on Excel
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI)
• Conflict handling
• Ability to work both in team and individually
• Good communication
• Customer service orientation
