  • Decompose technical designs into actionable tasks
  • Manage technical documentation throughout projects
  • Handle technical change management
  • Ensure the implementation of monitoring systems for new solutions
  • Set up and conduct testing for disaster recovery plans
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects
  • Ensure observation and monitoring of new solutions
  • Establish and test disaster recovery plans
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Azure, and SQL
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Readiness and willingness to step up and coordinate the execution of tasks across other tech teams
  • Excellent capability to decompose and execute tasks related to technical design
  • Experience with Agile, PMP, PMI, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 methodologies
