  • Have responsibility for administering the CMDB process within the organization, working closely with other process leads and ensure that asset-specific information can be gathered and disseminated using efficient and consistently followed processes
  • Work closely with event management, incident, problem, change, service request, disaster recovery specific process managers and also with customers
  • Administer, manage and carry out all aspects of the CMDB process
  • Ensure data yielded from this process will be of high quality and provide management with the right level of business intelligence and reporting
  • Prevent incidents from happening as well as minimize the impact of incidents that can’t be prevented
  • College or University degree or equivalent education 
  • Experience in Service Operations of a Multilingual Service Desk team 
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience ( IT Operations / Service Desk / Infrastructure Support) 
  • Good understanding of the industry and domain (technical knowledge)
  • ITIL foundation knowledge 
  • French and English language knowledge on a business level
