Introduction
Join our prestigious clients' growing IT Support Department in Pécs or Budapest!
Tasks
  • 2nd level support of all Software Distribution and Patchmanagement activities worldwide (incident-, change- and problem handling etc.)
  • Extension and maintenance of the Software Distribution infrastructure (Ivanti Endpoint Manager)
  • Monitoring of the Software Distribution infrastructure (capacity, availability etc.)
  • Tracking of overall patch compliance
  • Reboot management for server systems after patch days to ensure compliance
  • Regular patch days for clients, store- and server systems
Expectations
  • Strong English skills
  • 3+ years of experience with Endpoint Management environments (Ivanti Endpoint Manager or Microsoft SCCM)
  • Strong experience in Microsoft OS environment
  • Patchmanagement experience
  • Able to work in a multi-shift operation as well as on weekends and public holidays
